I enquired about a body for low back wedding dress, ideally in a thong. A lady promptly phoned back stating she couldn’t help, no alternative suggestions supplied, her tone was that of a school mistress. And then you receive an email saying your ‘appointment request has been denied’. Really? Customer care is very poor. I’ll spend my money elsewhere, thanks. I’ve just read your previous reviews. Have you? Have you learnt anything by these responses? Off the cuff visits more positive so you have someone pleasant working there. Otherwise shameful

Always got my bras from just Jane, marvellous service, wonderful staff thank you for your service to me. I will be back. Travel 260 miles for this service.

Popped in at the weekend without an appointment but the young women kindly fitted me in within 5 minutes of entering. She spent plenty of time helping and after trying on many many bras we at last found the perfect fit. They do not measure you with a tape measure but are guided by what you're already wearing and their experience of what fits and suits you best. Non the less I came away with two perfectly fitting bras.

Don’t be fooled by the appealing window display. Very limited stock which can’t be reached by the customer - as the majority is held behind the counter. But most disappointing was the customer service or lack of it!I wasn’t welcomed into the small store or offered any assistance. The signs on the wall’s said it all ‘braFitting by appointment only’, ‘no refunds given, exchanges only’. Fair enough, but the shop was empty and as the only customer I was made toFeel like I was bothering the womanOr that I was an inconvenience.Such a shame as the shop has so much potential - particularly as the only one of its kind in Salisbury.Back to online shopping for me!

The rudest owner I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I was measured wrong and asked for a refund to be told they don't do them (eventhough there was nothing to say this). I was made to feel so small and an inconvenience. She needs to get down off her high horse and do some customer service training.Never again.

It saddens me to have to put on such a negative review. I drive the 12 miles particularly to go to this shop wanting a bikini. On waking in we were not welcomed in anyway - in fact it felt like we were a nuisance. Another lady leaving the store looked over to us and raised her eyebrows - it was apparent that she too was not happy. After giving my size three times I went into the changing room. After trying in three, all unsuccessfully I realised that there were all the incorrect size. As I hadn’t felt welcome in this store I decided not to ask again for the correct size but to leave. Later on, I happened to bump into the lady who had been in the shop earlier. She too wondered how on earth the shop keeps going with customer service like this.Local oriole want to help local businesses service particularly when the high streets are declining. I’m not sure if the older lady who serviced us was an owner or an employee but whoever, please someone, feedback and accept that your service has got to improve. There are so many negative reviews on this site - that must be telling you something !!

This shop was used for episode 4 of the BBC Interior Design Masters 2022, so it's interesting to read reviews when you've seen the owner and daughter on screen !!!

Visited Annie’s just Jane yesterday, was warmly welcomed by Cerys she was very helpful and I left so happy that I had the perfect underwear. I highly recommend a visit to support this independent business, you won’t be disappointed.
