The guys at Southern IT helped us pass our Cyber Essentials certification for a tender we were going through. They made it so easy to pass by performing a free audit and helped us resolve all of the issues.

Having muddled along trying to work out my own IT issues before COVID gave me a greater need to be able to access files in different ways and places, I was fortunate enough to read a marketing email from Southern IT. I normally bin them straightaway but I was pleased that I took the time to read this one.I liked the sound of the company, checked out their reviews and then invited them along to my office to talk through my needs and what they could do for me.I instantly liked their professional and friendly manner and in particular how clear they are with their services.I always feel like nothing is too much trouble and their response time has been excellent - it is without doubt one of the best things to come out of 2020 and I genuinely never thought I would say that about an IT company, I really cannot recommend them highly enough and they deserve a very bright and successful future if my experience of them so far is anything to go by.

I spoke to Southern IT Networks on Wednesday desperate for help to resolve some IT confusions that have dogged me for months, they did some research on Thursday, and by Friday all was sorted - little short of a miracle in my eyes! And all with a friendliness and courtesy that made the whole experience a pleasure. It was excellent value for money, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
