I had an amazing experience in this salon. All the ladies are very friendly and kind. I definitely will be coming back here whenever I want to have my hair done. Connie did such an amazing job on the balayage, she is very professional, warm and friendly.

My daughter had her hair cut and blow-dried, I couldn't go with her and she was nervous as it was a new stylist. She came back glowing with confidence, loved her new hair, and said she was listened to, the cut was perfect, she was put totally at ease and said she was really happy with everything. It was her birthday the next day and they gave her a card and a bag of chocolate buttons and she was covered to bits. Well done, Allure ❤️ Thank you for looking after her so beautifully!

Fantastic experience at Allure Hair Salon! My stylist was Nichola, she was amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough, she coloured my hair the colour I wanted matching my roots perfectly, she also cut my hair and...damn she is a PRO, she is great! I went here for my haircut yesterday after neglecting myself for 4 years dedicating myself to my children. I quite literally cried at being taken care of so nicely. Amazing head massage, care taken and discussion over now many many very many inches to chop off my straggly locks. Totally restyled and rejuvenated my hair and I couldn't be happier. Grinning away like a loon. Oh and the caramel latte was the nuts. Thanks Chloe and allure team. I'll soooo be back

Brilliant service at this salon. The girls are lovely and really make you feel welcome and relaxed. Very happy with my cut and colour and will certainly be returning for more pampering. Found my new regular salon for sure.

This is a fantastic salon. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and the decor and facilities are clean, fresh, and calming. The stylists are all very well trained and fully qualified, and even the juniors are properly trained in washing hair (and making tea!). But I'm always singing the praises of my specific stylist Chloe, who is unbelievably talented and does amazing things with my hair colour. I go in with a vague idea of what I want and she makes it happen, better than I could imagine. I have a lot of anxiety around using beauticians and salons, but Allure is great at making you feel comfortable and getting your hair exactly how you want it, and I've been a customer for two years now. Would absolutely recommend!

I have been seeing Katie for over a decade, I even followed her from another salon. I love going to Allure, it's such a welcoming environment, all the staff are incredibly attentive. Katie has got me through some tough times with my hair, she is incredibly patient, honest and a good giggle. Highly recommended Allure and Katie for services!

I have had nothing but am amazing experience at Allure. For me it has the best stylists and colour experts in Crawley.The welcome is always warm from everyone and tea and coffee is always available without even asking. Time is taken to ensure that your stylist knows exactly what you want. People regularly compliment me on my hair.
