Extremely wierd and arrogant behaviour of the sales person at beds end. He was acting in a way as if he was not there to serve the customer and explain his products and packages, rather there to make sarcastic comments on customer in a derrogatory manner to most of the questions asked . Whenever asked for advice and guidance about specific product faced with a cunning comment in sarcastic tones from the sales person at bed store end.I am surprised to see a huge logo out on their wall that we give expert advice on beds (my experience was worst , even the normal sales person at big retail units serve much better than the person at bed sales area) . Their products seemed ok but in this time and age this kind of arrogant attitude towards customers doesn't win you anything , so a definite no no for me.This was quite the opposite of experience from sales person at sofa s end who was very courtious.

Bought a new orthopedic mattress, divan bed, & mattress from these jolly decent chaps at Phoenix. Compared to other bed retailer outlets who require one, two, or even 4 weeks to supply & deliver the exact same brands of bed, Phoenix can in most cases do a same day or 48 hour delivery if you live locally, which impressed me.

We put a deposit on a suite on the understanding it would be delivered in 8 weeks time,14 weeks later the suite was still not delivered and Phoenix could not give us a definite delivery date so we decided to cancel the order as we had been very patient.We had went without a suite for 6 weeks getting rid of our old suite to make way for the new one,but to our surprise when we asked the owner for our deposit to be refunded he said we were not entitled to a refund even though he could still not give us a guaranteed delivery date,after loosing our deposit i feel i had to share my experience of Phoenix Furniture with others.

Purchased a suite from this store twice over many years and I've never been let down. Very pleased with their choice and also their customer service. They take great care to help you. Highly recommended.

A great range of furniture. Michelle was very helpful, patient and most importantly not pushy. I will be back in a few weeks to get a couple of armchairs. Got my armchairs. They are great quality and cut to size. Brilliant service.

I purchased a really nice Sealy mattress from phoenix furniture and shortly afterwards I found that the same item was on the net somewhat cheaper - the salesman without reservation pricematched the item and immediately refunded the difference - what can I say - excellent customer service - I recommend this company for quality goods and good customer service

I purchased a Rauch wardrobe on 26/04/2018 and advised it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. 9weeks later it finally arrived however, side panel did not fit. Joiner fitted half wardrobe and it is still like this today, 01/09/2018. Arrogance of staff beyond belief with one brother passing you on from one to another. Was told they couldn't refund and keep saying it will be fixed but four months later am no further forward. A promised visit from Javaid did not happen Nether did a call from his brother the next day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I got flooring from these guys first ever time I’ve dealt with them. They told me flooring would arrive in 2 working days however it arrived the following day the salesman was amazing and I wouldn’t go else were for flooring now that I’ve met these guys !! And the company fitted it also attention to detail try em wouldn’t be disappointed guys are on point 10/10
