This guy is amazing! Took in a Dr Marten boot (very badly ripped) and wallet (with great sentimental value attached to it), both of which I had been told were unable to be repaired. Tom not only fixed them to a fantastic standard, but it was done quickly and was very reasonably priced (plus he's a nice guy!). I travelled to go here as a friend recommended him, and Tom's is now my new place to go with all these types of repairs! Can't recommend him enough!

Just had 6 keys cut at a reasonable price of £28. Friendly, speedy service. Much better than Timpsons (quoted £42!). Would use again.

Tom & Paul have nailed outstanding service. I shopped around in the Richmond area for my boots to be resoled and not only does this place do it at the most competitive price by far - they went above and beyond! My boots were returned resoled, polished with a minor repair!I did this in the midst of the holiday period and have since popped back to let them know how appreciative I am of them and their work!!Will highly recommend them to everyone!

Perfectionist!Yes, Timpsons is conveniently located in every major town but this guy is worth the drive and he is exactly who you need to give your business to... Plus there always seems to be parking across the street every time I go.Affordable, friendly and efficient! Left all my boots looking like new, polished and everything. Thank you - I'll be back!

Paul did a wonderful job of restoring my old Birkenstock boots, I didn't recognise them after he had re-heeled and generally sorted them out. Very quick turnaround, and such a helpful and kind person. Highly recommended.

Had a key cut last week that was about to snap in half. Tom managed to straighten it in a vice so that he could get another cut, which works perfectly. At the same time I dropped of some shoes which I have just collected. They look amazing. Very good service and Tom went above and beyond to be helpful.

This place is brilliant, Paul is so helpful, always tries his best to help with our golf trophies and engraving, and my wife's boots are like brand new, can't fault them.
