Lease vehicle provided by this dealership. Poor customer care and attitude from start to delivery. Car driven over 120 miles to deliver and subsequent damage caused during delivery. Stone chip caused to a brand new car. Luckily this was picked up during handover and recorded by their delivery driver with photos. Delivery driver stated this dealership drive and deliver brand new vehicles to Scotland in some cases adding over 350 miles when apparently cars with over 200 miles are then classed as used, which he stated ! All to save them a few quid to avoid delivering expensive new vehicles properly and avoid the risk of damage in the process and customer disappointment. Their resolution is to provide paint for the customer to touch up a brand new car they have damaged! Accidents happen but no recognition or apology that they have damaged a brand new £35k+ car and then to think providing paint to a customer to repair their damage is appropriate or acceptable from a supposedly main dealer of a major brand. Extremely disappointed that the car was damaged in the first place through no fault of our own when we obviously just expected a brand new car with no damage but to then get this response and attitude is unacceptable. All the paperwork such as service book and pdi was also not completed properly. Obviously getting cars in and out asap with no proper checks, no customer care, consideration or appropriate service when they get things wrong to cut corners and save a few quid again with no attempts to amicably resolve. Next step will be complaint and discussions with Hyundai UK to see if they are satisfied with this approach and behaviours of one of their main dealerships with potential impact on the Hyundai brand and reputation caused by one of their dealerships and then a call to Hyundai finance who actually own the car to make them aware of the damage to see if they feel a more appropriate approach and better customer care is needed and possible rejection of the vehicle. Unfortunately this situation has had to be escalated because this dealership leaves no other option. In over 30 years of buying new cars from numerous dealerships and brands this dealership is the worst we have had the pleasure of dealing with and their approach and behaviours are totally inappropriate and unacceptable - avoid at all costs !!

As per my Acorn Mitsubishi review Brindley Fleet were the total opposite I couldn't have been looked after any better, They never tried to rip me off all prices were spot on and all promises given were honored.great service would highly recommend !!Ask for Clare I'm sure she will look after you
