Excellent service so much better then trying to park up in Durham centre. Buses nice and clean and friendly and helpful staff. Recommend.

Rather silly times with 7.30 pm cut off, no Sunday services to Cathedral seems daft.Also service to rail station is very poor

The buses are always on time every 15 minutes Monday to Saturday from 7.00 until 19.00. Park here as Durham City can get extremely busy at times. Plenty of disabled parking, but no parent and child bays for some reason.

used as an overnight MH stay - excellent!! Safe and secure. Staff in car park / ticket offices extremely friendly and helpful. P & R buses so regular it's the best way to get into Durham

It's OK, fit for purpose.Free toilets on site which were not minging.Busses were regular enough.It was a little confusing if you needed to pay at some machines or on the bus (you can do both at the moment)The site was staffed in opening hours which is reassuring for safety.I had no problems - wish you could get people to be more polite when they catch the return bus (lots of people pushing infront of the que etc... But that's not the park and rides fault- just the usual rude humans).

Great bus service. Short walk from Durham Grange Caravan site to park and ride. Bus journey direct into Durham city centre. Will definitely use again.

Ample free parking, buses every few minutes, £2 each return , cheaper than parking in the city and much less hassle.

The actual bus service and parking was top notch. However, our day in Durham was spoiled when we waited (along with a number of others) for nearly an hour at the wrong spot. We went to clay pole street, where we collected the bus last year. The bus stop still displayed the park and ride sign & the website shows this as the pick up. After an hour, we explored further and found another stop advertising pr1. I am disappointed this wasn’t made clear on the original bus stop. A number of people were still waiting when we left too.
