Fined £100, we had paid showed evidence still want £20. DO NOT PARK HERE.Taking this to ombudsman as should everyone who is sent a notice. They are scammers and the local authority needs to investigate this malpractice.

Paid £6 for two hours. Entered vehicle reg, didn’t check if it printed on the ticket. Displayed the ticket in windscreen. Only stayed for 40mins so well and truly paid for my space.Then receive a £100 fine reducing to £60 if paid sooner. As we have since thrown the ticket I can’t prove it, so had to pay the fine.Copious reviews online regarding fines for purchased tickets. Happens too often to be a one off glitch.

Don't park here. Just been landed with a demand for £60 even though we had bought a £15 ticket which had been displayed. Even though payment shows on my bank statement RCP try to claim they were not paid and want £60. They don't even take a photo of the parked car as proof just a photo of the car going in and out of the car park. Have appealed and sent a photo of the actual ticket which we kept. Double injury as I have a disabled parking badge and we parked there because it was closer to the main street and I have mobility issues.

SCAM ALERT!!!I've just had a parking charge through the post for this car park. I have a record of a payment but the company tells me it's not them and they have no record of the transaction. Payment was made at the machine but it didn't issue a ticket. The parking attendant assured me it would be okay as long as the payment had gone through. Seems he was incorrect.RCP Parking tell me that the name on the payment receipt is incorrect so it's not them even though it was issued by their machine (pictured).Have reported the payment as a fraud to my card issuer. They were reluctant to follow this through as it was a contactless payment (card presented). But if RCP have not got the payment then it was intercepted which is a fraud. This has now been agreed by the issuer and will be escalated.*** Update - RCP have reduced their fee recognising that both parties had been impacted by this fraud. That was a bit of a silver lining to the event which I appreciate. ***

Not the cheapest car park in the world but great for the shops.

Paid for all day parking which was £15 (very pricey) when ticket was dispatched it had taken £30 payment, spoke to warden patrolling he said you'll have to email company to sort it out. Which I have so waiting for a response.

We have always parked here to go and get fish and chips, paid £1 or just over, could not believe it last night when we got there and they had changed it to £6. We weren’t the only ones appalled by this charge, my husband says there was no option to pay an alternative charge as shown in one review! Won’t be stopping in Wells for our fish and chips anymore (they were a ridiculous price also).

After an initial overcharge at the carpark which resulted in frustration, the team at rcp parking swiftly arranged a refund of my overpayment. So all in all a positive experience
