Absolutely shocking. Don't buy a car from here! I put a reservation fee down for a car then went to test drive it a few days ago , it seemed ok. So today I went back to get it and pay the rest of the balance and as one of the sales executives went to get some fuel it broke down!!! Surely they must have known before hand. I questioned the service history and got told it had been done by honda next door but there wasn't a stamp in the book until I ask for it??? I had to get the train on several occasions and wasted my time! Although head office were very helpful! I got all my money back . Stay away!

The right way to buy a car, not pushy or overcomplicated. Great range of cars, can't fault the service and communication from James. Would definitely come back again, particularly after shocking experience elsewhere( Rix motors).

A very smooth transaction from seeing a vehicle I liked, to purchasing. Everything went with no hitches. Everyone was friendly and professional and our main sales guy, James, was super efficient. Would definitely recommend and if the wife spots a car in there soon, we will look forward to popping back down from Scotland.

We went to view the Audi TT that we found online, once there we were left to view at our leisure and then James the salesman asked if we would like the keys he then left us to look inside and have a good look over the car .James then offered a test drive which we went on and he went through everything ,once back and after a few negotiations we purchased the car , the whole experience was perfect and no pushy sales tactics , we can’t thank James enough as I know he was running around to make sure a small part was replaced before we took ownership of the vehicle.Even all the other sales guys in the office were friendly and chatting awayJames went through everything and made buying the car very easy even making sure a private plate was fitted and in place when I collected the car .Thanks for everything James Suzanne is delighted with the car .

I have left the review for 12 months since purchasing a car from there. This gave me lots of time to be picky with the car.Well there is nothing to be picky about. We bought a Mini Cooper S, its been faultless.Because of being in Hertfordshire and buying a car from Bolton I was slightly concerned about going all that way to find out the car is no good. The service from Warren the sales guy I dealt with was 1st class. The deal was done over the phone, and I was given a live video tour if the car. A part exchange price was given for my car over the phone and I must say it was very fair. I dont think I would of got much more selling privately. The handover was so painless and when I see the Mini for the 1st time I was so impressed. They even put new discs and pads all round on it because they didn't meet their high standards. They knew I had travelled a long way so did not keep me long, quick test drive (Warren even put some fuel in it for me for free) and I was away for fault free 12 months. Will definitely recommend them and when I'm in the market for another car they will be the first place I'll look.

Bought a Peugeot 308 just under a month a go and so far the car has been faultless, customer service was quick and efficient, i went in on a Friday and knew what i wanted, was driving away with it the following Thursday. Michael was a great help.
