Worst service than I could ever imagine. We almost missed our flight because the driver was 1,5 hours late. I was with a school group of 50 people. The company did not answer my phone calls when I was trying to contact them although it was a weekday afternoon. I paid for the coach to stay with us for the day whereas the driver left in the meantime to do another service instead of waiting for us. This is just unacceptable!

After phoning around a few companies, I came across this company. I had all my queries answered. The person I spoke to was very polite. I'm glad I found them. Thank you

Our recent trip to London Stansted was an absolute disaster. The driver assigned to our group was incredibly late, making my child wait on the street for a staggering 1.5 hours. This delay left him in a state of uncertainty, as we were unsure if he would even make it to the airport on time. Incredibly, we managed to reach the airport just at the last moment!!! the stress and anxiety caused by this copany were completely unnecessary.To add to the already frustrating experience, the bus we were on had no air conditioning, despite the scorching 30-degree weather outside. It was an uncomfortable and suffocating journey, which only exacerbated our disappointment. Traveling in such conditions was not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous to our health.Overall, the lack of punctuality, the absence of air conditioning, and the resulting discomfort made this journey one of the worst travel experiences we have ever encountered. We sincerely hope that the transportation company takes our feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future passengers do not have to endure such an ordeal.

We had booked two coaches for a funeral with a very well known company and the day before they cancelled at short notice, no explanation. We then had the daunting task of finding an alternative for 60 passengers during Ascot week! We were so lucky to find Prime. Ish was amazing to deal with, worked tirelessly to find four replacement minibuses and kept me updated at all times. The drivers were punctual and all went smoothly. Ish literally saved the day and I can’t thank him enough.
