Went in with a blank canvas of what I wanted, i was given great ideas & pointed towards the best decision by staff. Warmly welcomed on my visits and staff were very helpful & patient with decision making. Overall a very happy customer, thanks!!

Used them twice. Both times the order was wrong and items were missing. First time they replaced the wrong items and got the others with in a week. Second time they items were missing and what was received was wrong and damage. They have refused to collect and replace the item. Would not recommend

Bathroom itself was fine. I had a lot of problems with the sales guy rushing to make the sale and assuring me 'it is fine to delay the delivery for whenever it suits'. I then encountered A LOT of problems to delay the delivery. There is a big disconnect between sales teams and delivery/logistics, so make sure to get the truth about deliveries from the sales people. Eventually we accepted delivery of all the tiles and sanitary wear to a different delivery address to facilitate what had been mis-communicated to us by the sales person. Despite accepting the delivery early and to a different address, Bathshack then would not refund for unused boxes of tiles after fitting (as they said it was after 30 days). Would recommend you avoid Bathshack at all costs and go with a retailer you can trust and who is transparent

Sarah Parke the showroom manager has been fantastic with us and our complex order. Nothing was ever a problem to sort out. Patience of a Saint with me and my kids. Her advice and knowledge was very valued and helped me with difficult decisions. We all can't wait to see the end results.

Fantastic customer experience. Very helpful from start to finish. Will definitely be back next year when doing or main bathroom.

Wouldn't go near them again, terrible customer service, spent over £5000 on a new bathroom, 4 months later the paint started to chip of on the bath plug, long story short and 2 months of trying to get it sorted they said it was my cleaning products and said the suppliers would not replace it, you'd think a bath over £800 would have a good quality plug. All nice to your face in the showroom untill they get your money then they don't give a toss about you.

Very disappointed with the customer service. We bought a mirror weeks ago in the Coleraine store, AND STILL DO NOT HAVE IT!!Firstly it took two weeks for the wrong mirror to arrive. Then the lady who sold us the mirror said the one she sold us was not on sale anymore and out of stock, and panned us off with another mirror. I don’t know how this is possible. We accepted as we are on a budget. The one we settled for was not the one we wanted or bought and paid for but thought it’llHave to do.It’s gets worse. It then took another two weeks for the mirror to be collected and they sealed us with another wrong mirror.When you call the Coleraine store no one answers.We have emailed them and we are waiting patiently on a reply. Bottom line.

Bathshack Coleraine is laid out well with a good variety of items to choose from. We were able to order everything we needed under one roof - tiles, panels, roof, shower, sinks, toilets, adhesives, grout, edging strips, the lot. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.* All purchases, returns, and customer services are all dealt with in Antrim so please bear this in mind when ordering *Delivery did take a few weeks after ordering, but everything arrived as it should have and when it should have.By the time we'd received our order we knew there were 3 items we no longer needed. I contacted customer services straight away who were again very helpful. Their return policy is 7 days from date of delivery, to Antrim, and only Mon-Fri. We both work full time so this was not possible. I told customer services the first date we would be able to return the items to Antrim and they put this note on our record. Items were refunded no problem.Bathroom fitted and looks fantastic. We are really pleased with how our en suite has transformed! No issues with any parts from Bathshack, and they got the quantities of adhesive, grout etc exactly right so no paying for stuff we didn't need.Roll forward a few weeks and the plating started coming off one of the two identical taps we'd installed. I contacted customer services to advise. As it was only one tap, it looked to be a fault with that tap itself. I confirmed we'd only used a soft cloth to clean and no cleaning products. Customer services arranged for a replacement tap to be sent out which arrived this week.I do understand why Bathshack is getting a low star rating. The fact everything is centralised in Antrim makes delivery, returns and queries very difficult, and delays can be long.As I said at the start of my review I have no issue with how any member of staff dealt with us. They have their procedures to follow. I would suggest that returns were made possible to the local stores due to the short time frame available.
