Great customer service. Accept most items as long as they work and are not damaged. Test thoroughly to try and accept items you want to sell pay cash on the day you sell (unlike CeX). Have bought goods from there which work well and have stood the test of time. Highly recommend this store. Staff also knowledgeable.

Often sell stolen goods that they know are nicked like phones. When you buy then they get locked. And then they refuse a refund. Total scammers.

Placed a laptop on buy back, time was up on a Thursday, could not get to the shop, repeatedly phoned, but no answer, sat waiting for the shop to open on Friday morning, Guy laughed at me said the price had gone up £70. never been back since. desperate times require desperate measures, if your not desperate stay away.

Some staff are friendly and helpful, some are not helpful at all. Sold my iPad on buy back, when I got it back I had no battery and someone had been messing with it, not impressed!

First of all since it's a pawn shop you can't expect top price, they need to make profit. So I walked in not having high expectations. I had a S21 Ultra 5G brand new, never been turned on, with the plastic wrap on it. Don't need the phone so I asked how much I can get for it. It's a £1200 phone in pretty much any store. So I got an offer of £300. I walked out laughing and entertained.
