Fastway Couriers

Useless company not will to ever use again. Had a parcel delivery attempt but was not in. Had an email from them saying driver would like contact detail to arrange another delivery so sent phone number. Never heard from driver so tried calling depot, phone never answered ever. So emailed back asking could I collect it?So travelled to the Post code provided which took me to a care home. Eventually found it about half a mile away in an industrial complex right at the back with no signs from the main road or listing on complex list of companies within.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND Took a week to collect parcels from my business. AfterMultiple phone calls. When asked to be credited for the 3 parcels, “I was told that’s not something we would do given you have used the tickets” yes of course I have but they haven’t been collected. I wasn’t asking for my money back just to be credited for their mistake. Asked to speak to a manager the past few days and still waiting on a call back both days. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

The level of Customer care, is simply nonexistant. The phone operators have poor communication at best. The delivery driver was too busy taking a phonecall while delivering my parcel to allow for a signature or any interaction. Incompetent at best, AVOID!

I have only ever had dealings twice with this company and on both occasions they have been abysmal. I ordered next day delivery as I needed the item urgently yet 3 days later it was supposed to have been delivered but it certainly wasn't to my address. There are so many good delivery companies out there. They are going to need to up their game. considerably or go under.

Absolutely brutal experience. 'Delivered to premises' parcel status on delivery tracker. Item nowhere to be seen.Where was the proof of delivery image like every other modern courier? (which I've never experienced a problem with finding my property). No tracker on vehicle to share POD.Shocking. Any business looking or considering Fastway couriers, please look elsewhere or you will be riddled with complaints as evident on the below reviews. Status - still unresolved 5 working days later. Online support is attrocious, paying for a cheap Zen Desk plugin which isn't even live support and no alternative contact number.I would be very surprised to see this region of Fastway still operating in 6 months time. The retailer has advised they are seeking alternative couriers for NI delivery -says it all. Literally, I've never saw a business model as bad.

If I could give this courier service zero stars I would! They are absolutely useless and because they couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel to me they instead returned my delivery to sender. I contacted the company that I ordered from who told me my parcel had cleared customs but Fastway Couriers sent it back to them because they didn't want the bother of having to deliver my parcel to me, WHICH IS THEIR JOB! Stay away from this courier service, now I understand why their reviews are so bad. Also I contacted their customer service who didn't reply! Hopefully they'll go out of business so nobody else has to deal with them ever again!

Waiting on a delivery which I had been tracking for days was already 3 days late took a day of work today to then get an email saying attempted delivery which was a lie as I haven't moved all day also have cctv with nothing on it at time attempt was supposed to have been made.. No contact number to complain. Joke of a company

Paid for next day delivery after a week of waiting I decided to track the order and it’s saying the parcel has been delivered at 9:50 and I was home all morning and heard nothing and it says I authorized a non signature agreement which I did not. From the reviews I can tell I’ll not see my parcel again wish I read them reviews before absolute joke of a company and offer no ways for customers to contact and complain.

The worse courier service there has ever been I've been waiting on parcel for 3 days and every night at tea time I receive an email saying attempted to deliver parcel and tried to ring me which never happened think the drivers are inbred and don't know how to get onto the M2 from Randalstown the company is a joke
