I've been using Jewelcast for about 2 years now and I must say they are the best casting company I've ever used! All the staff are SO friendly and super helpful, anytime I've had a problem they've solved it efficiently and promptly! Turnaround times are absolutely wonderful as well as quality control. I make gold teeth at their attention to detail and gently handling when it comes to my castings is wonderful!

After researching and reading reviews, we thought we would try Jewelcast to print and cast our first designed ring piece. We were hesitant to give STL file without a guarantee of work, so we sent images and details of the specification for quote. Jewelcast asked for the STL file, which we ended up sending.Since agreeing to their quote and providing name and address as requested, we have heard nothing more since we agreed to go ahead. This was in July. Disappointed that we sent a file of a design we produced (as well personal information), which we didn't want to do without the guarantee of work.

Ordered 3 castings through them, and had a phone call before they proceed to warn that it might not come out right and if that was the case they wouldn't charge for any failures, however they came out perfect and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of goods.

A friend recommended Jewelcast for a very important and sentimental job and I'm so glad I chose to go with them. They handled the work with such sensitivity and professionalism and I was delighted with the standard of service and the speed of work at every stage. They made me feel like a very valued customer from the very first communication and were extremely thoughtful and conscientious in the handling of such an emotionally precious piece of jewellery. Highly recommended.

The moulds and castings we received from Jewelcast are fantastic, and better than those from casting companies we've used in the past. The team provided fantastic customer service even when we requested an unreasonably fast turnaround. We're big fans of the online system and being able to track everything!

The service I received from Jewelcast was second to none, I've used other casting companies and never experienced the same level of care and tracking. I sent of my wax on Monday, Tuesday I received confirmation of receipt, Thursday my items were cast and posted following payment. Friday morning I received my items, perfectly protected and fully tracked. Unbelievable, I will never use anyone else.

I have only been using JewelCast for a short while but they have been fantastic. Easy and helpful to talk over projects with.Their castings are great quality and the CAD service which is a new area for me have been very understanding.I can't recommend them highly enough.

Far superior quality casting than what I had in Austria and Israel. The service is amazing. I am so grateful for the personalised service I have always gotten from everyone at Jewelcast. Sometimes my designs were quite challenging to cast, but they called me in the Czech Republic and told me no problem

I've had a few things cast by Jewelcast and the quality is excellent, even on really complex CAD pieces. Always friendly when discussing over email and on the phone! Would recommend their services to anyone looking to cast in precious metals!
