Absolutely superb service all round based on 10 visits to buy glass over the years. The 1 week waiting list was reduced to a day once they understood the urgency of the matter in hand. Top quality manufacturers who do precisely as you ask. The price we thought would be £120 and it only came back at £84 so an amazing value for money price point. Thanks to every one of you for your kindness and support to get us repaired and weatherproof once again.

Great customer service! Ordered a made to measure piece of mirror glass. They responded quickly, with a very reasonable price. When I went to collect; it wouldn't fit in my car. They immediately offered to deliver for me and it was at my house within 20 minutes! Great local company, highly recommended.

I would have liked to use this company for a kitchen splash back and up-stand job as they are local to me. However after speaking to every member of staff there at least in total 8 or 9 times over a period of 3 to 4 weeks I never had any of my calls returned by the owner who was the person meant to come and check measurements and help give me some advice. On one occasion I was told in the morning that he would be there at 2pm that same afternoon, not only did he not turn up at all he did not even have the courtesy to phone and let me know, and still hasn't !I have now obviously taken my business elsewhere and they could not be more helpful.No I would not recommend this company.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Extremely professional company who we used for our made to measure bathroom mirror. Excellent quality mirror and we used Gloucester Glass to supply and fit the mirror for us. Very professional outfit and mirror was competitively priced. Great Service. As a novice/DIY first timer, I had to replace 3 double glazing panels. I found Dimitri and the team to be most helpful and above all, very competitively priced and probably cheaper than the internet. I will be ordering more soon. Thanks
