Ilkley Traditional Thai Massage

Had a fantastic massage after a sports injury. I left feeling like I had been beaten up in a good way and so relaxed that I put my t-shirt on inside out and didn't realise until a few hours later. Very thorough and thoughtful, she kept checking I was ok and making sure she was targeting all the right areas. I'd highly recommend a visit either as rehab or just relaxation. Just brilliant! I had a head and shoulders massage when Nuanchan and her team exhibited at Saltaire Holistic Health Fair. The strength they all have in their technique is amazing and my extremel tense shoulder and neck muscles benefited greatly, even from a 10 minute massage. [Update 08/2019] I have since returned for multiple full 90 minute sessions and these sessions have been amazing. I used to think massages were a luxury experience for pampering but these massages have been critical maintenance for my body since I started my own creative business. When your body doesn't have the time to relax and recover, a traditional Thai massage with Nuanchan will feel like a full MOT and servicing. There's an online booking system now too, even easier to schedule into your calendar. Cannot recommend highly enough.
