As a training centre 4 starAs a place to work 1 starGenerally everything was as supposed to beTrainer (Mick) - big knowledge and long years experience, very friendly and happy to answer any questions.Price- this is why there is 4 not 5 starsIn other training centres I could save about £200 on the same course but becouse off distance and course availability decided to go for this one.In my opinion in this price we should get pack of books needed for the course/ work (in the future).Work for Natta 1starI used to work for Natta for about 3 -4monts through agency (self employed) It was about 2.5 years ago.Started as on all other building sites (stick to rules and proof your skills as a 360 driver).After few weeks foreman confirmed he is happy with my skills, timing etc then everything was fine until 3 weeks before Christmas when my first daughter got born.I've spoken to site manager in advance 3 times 1 month before due date then 2 weeks before and then 3 days before(Steve which as I know still work for this company) and project manager too about my baby on the way and I said there will be 2 or 3 days when I will have to stay home or hospital to be with my family at this special time.Generally they offered direct job for Natta for 3 p/h less then agency paid and still self employed which I've rejected but they saidThere is plenty work even through agency and I can stay until Christmas or even longer.Due date - I've send the text to agency and next day text foreman about my visit in hospital.It was one of the best days in my life when my little daughter got born about 1 a.mThen next day I got text back from my foreman basically saying they have replaced me with other 360 driver.I was very disappointed, 3 weeks before ChristmasFunny think about that is new driver after 1 hour work on my work place cut the HV cable and Skanska blocked all Natta jobs in Deepcut for about 3-4 weeksIs it Karma? I don't knowDay after foreman f.. Steve text me I can have my job back.I hate when people like him treat others as a number and don't understand matter of situation I had. Doesn't matter if you have 0 hours contract or you employed you need to be a human to all surrounding people.2.5 years gone so I had time to cool down but still remember!Why not to advise new workers how some of Natta Freeman's treat people. Absolutely brilliant company all staff are available for you if you have a problem. The canteen and the food is absolutely brilliant will definitely be going back for more training.well worth the money

I have done my Telehandler Cpcs ticket this week.Very good place to take your cpcs training from in a good price. Friendly staff and a proffessional approach when it comes to do things right. They don´t give tickets they traing you the right skills so you can earn the ticket yourself ! Thanks a lot Natta looking forwad for my next ticket.

Incompetent contractor at the BoKlok on the Brook development, if you needed a reason to not use them read up about that site.

Excellent approach to training, very focused, clear communication style and always encouraging you to ask questions. They also ensured they understood our working environment outside of the training facility and the risks we would be presented with to make sure we knew how to operate the machinery safely through sharing of knowledge. I took my NPORS test in Crondall, Farnham with them. They have a CISTC devision. Friendly and knowledgeable. Put you at ease. I have no experience working with them.

You should’ve instructed your drivers about poor driving how could a wheel chair or pram. cross safely with your vehicle blocking drop kerb

I don't really know what exactly this company is trading, but, from my experience on the road on couple of occasions, I wouldn't go nowhere near them. Indicator don't exist, speed limits don't exist and following distance is measured by thickness of newspaper. If you let people drive around with your name on vehicles, make sure they don't damage your reputation.

Hi,One of your vans (reg. NA60 TTA) has been parked across our neighbour's and our driveways since at least 10:00 and it is now 17:50. (Sunday 25/9/22). There is no possibility of either of us being able to move our cars off of the driveways. I am a nurse (not that this should make any difference) and need to use my car for work. Please could you educate your drivers on the Highway Code, and just common courtesy, as I see this isn't the 1st post on this site relating to poor parking.
