Just picked up my new car from James O’Neill at Mercedes. Fabulous service and attention from James, with a personalised video about the car which I loved. Tried to offer me 10k for my 2016 Maserati, if anything I was insulted. Have opted to go to mainland UK as I got twice the deal.

Very poor service from Belfast Mercedes. I rang and enquired about a vehicle they had and arranged to call the next day to view and test drive the car. Arrived at the dealership as arranged. After 10 mins the salesman I had spoken to appeared. He told me he had tried to call me which he hadn't on my journey. He then came up what sounded like something out of jackanory. Seems they had to take the wheels off the car at 10am as they were needed for another vehicle. On the grand scheme of Mercedes range I wasn't spending 100k it was a 30k a45 amg. I got the impression that because I wasn't wearing designer clothes and a fancy watch i didn't fit in to their select customer base. Maybe my steel toe cap boots made a mess of their floor.So back to the mysterious phone call, I arrived at the dealership at 10-50am I had no missed calls on my phone. When I went back to my car at 11am I had a missed call from them at 10-54. So a wasted 70 mile round trip not the kind of service I would expect from a so called premium dealer. I would hate to think how they would treat me or my car if I had handed over my hard earned cash.

Can't fault customer service from start to finish.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a hassle. The whole process was seemless and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the branch and the staff.
