I booked a bouncy castle for October....we had to cancel due to my daughter testing positive for COVID a day before her birthday party. They replied once to offer a different weekend, I replied and tried to call on several occasions but have never ever received a response. I have now requested a refund SEVERAL TIMES as I was unable to re-book due to it being the last weekend they were permitting outdoor bouncy castle hire and no reply to their first sent email. No reply. to 3 emails since October!!!!

Booked the super hero bouncy castle for my daughters 4th birthday, she and all her friends loved it and I found the whole booking, delivery setup and collection brilliant, very prompt on timings and friendly I would definitely used bounce squad again. We were recommended by friends who had previously used this company

Fantastic service, easy to book online, easy payment, and lots if variety. Made the party a little less stressful as they set up everything. Came on time and collected with ease. Will definitely book again.
