Just rush you through no real care it used to be good.But now it really is not worth another visit.I was a regular but it has steadily got worse..I asked for the owners telephone but told he is on holiday. I then asked again he just walked away. waste of time .I will not use again.

They charged me £23 for mini valet, after payment I found the inside of car very dirty.They said I need full valet to take dirt with the cost of £80 for Toyota auris.I feel I have been robbed, never use them again.

My friend just paid £35 for and in and out ‘valet’ by these cowboys.Would have got better results in a coin operated car wash.Absolutely shameful.

Paid for Level 4 (which is inside and out) and went first thing in the morning, whilst they were quiet. I'm disgusted how dirty the car was afterwards and shocked by attitude when I raised it!!!!

Their cleaning is always first really good. But this time we had a flat tyre and the chaps helped us by putting the spare on so we could get to a garage. Their kindness and help was very much appreciated.

If you pride your vehicle, then don't attend. Mine however was brand new, uncleaned & abused. Unfortunately big loss I had visiting once I have the pictures to hand I'll up date post and add photos. I was offered 'a clean' but the idea off them having another chance to do what they like with my car hurdles my insides.Materials & tools are replaceable fortunately, although I wasn't offered any losses for my huge waste of time and heartache

Wow first time used this even though just down road from me - my car was pretty filthy inside and out but on arrival, I thought I’d have to leave it for the full works valet but they suggested it wasn’t necessary and just did the full standard valet saving me over £40 and I can say the results were amazing. Car was gleaming inside and out. All staff were really friendly and even though busy when I picked car up I overheard them also advising another customer showing that my experience wasn’t just a one off and great customer service is the norm for them. Will definitely recommend and use in future.

Had my car valeted for the First time today and heard good things about this place from my sister so thought I'd give it a try! So glad I did. What an amazing clean! I went for option 4. £23 for my focus. Will definitely be going back. Car smells amazing inside! And is so shiny on the outside! Don't think it's ever been this clean! Also the owners/workers told me to go and sit in the office with the heater as it was freezing. So so kind! And I love my free Christmas tree airfreshner! Thanks guys highly recommend! :)
