Kyle (not sure if he is manager or staff but should be manager if he isn't) is brilliant. Not only did he help me through my whole broadband set up process, he made the stress of it much easier to handle by just being a friendly, good person.

Very friendly staff. Shop is understaffed, so there is long waiting time. Very helpful though. They are not costumer service so they can't fix all issues,. Absolutely delighted with service.

Would give no stars if I could. Horrendous store which has serious staffing issues. Unless you have free days on end to stand to get served avoid this place. I have tried to get my phone back from repair 3 times and have waited one hour each time before leaving. Unbelievable.

Awful service. Was in store 3 times to get a simple sim swap, and they were unable to do it due to the system being down, and useless staff. Waited hours on all occasions. Tried to get in contact with the store and they didn't answer. Got a text to say they were sorting it out on Boxing Day but 3 days later and nothing has changed. Just ridiculous really. Very disappointed
