Ive been working for Eyears for just over three years now and can honestly say that it is a pleasure working for them !The Consultants are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They are also very accommodating whenever I need to take time off due to family commitments.I have also had the pleasure of being sent to a huge variety of settings within the Greater Manchester area , and of working with both lovely clients, staff and children within the settings.Being with the Agency is great as I can pick and choose when Im available to work , where Id like to work and how many hours Im available for work.You cant get better than that!So if youre looking for a fun , rewarding , flexible job with variety then look no further folks! ☺

Eyears is a great company and I’m enjoying to work for them. I need flexible work and eyears is great for that. If I need more work eyears is happy to give more work. Victoria and Rachel are great and they are working hard to allocate all staff in work places.

I have been working for eyears for just over a year alongside doing a degree and I really enjoy working for them. You can choose what days in the week you're available to work so it is flexible, which is perfect if you have other commitments. Working for the agency gives you the opportunity to work at a variety of childcare settings and I have never had a bad experience at a setting ive been to during my time working at Eyears.The consultants are really friendly and professional. They will help you out as much as possible if you have question or a problem at any point, and are very approachable. They are also committed to finding you work and make sure that if you're available, you have a shift for the day that is suitable for you.The pay system is quick and simple and you get paid weekly. The website in general is also straight forward to use to update your availability and see your bookings.Overall I have had a really positive experience with eyears and would recommend it

I have been on the agency for a few months now, and before joining I was a bit skeptical about leaving full time employment to being supply, especially during a pandemic. However, I have been surprised as work has always been guaranteed when I have needed it. I know now I made the right decision! I have loved going into new settings to further my practice and experience with different age ranges. I have been so fortunate to be welcomed into these settings with other professionals!Vicky is an absolute gem of a consultant! I honestly couldn't fault her. She is always there for a chat, whether it is by email or over the phone and I feel she goes above and beyond and always tries to accomodate in the best way she can. Vicky is so professional and supportive with any questions or support I may need. I would definitely recommend taking the plunge into Eyears, as they care for their staff and clients!

Fantastic and professional agency to work for, Victoria, Vicky and Rachel are professional, approachable and honest. The App is fantastic to keep in touch and for time sheets.

Fantastic company to work with! I've been with them for over two years and there's always work! Rachel is an amazing supportive consultant and is always on hand for whenever you need help with directions or have any concerns or questions. She's found me amazing long term work at a lovely nursery, which has become my favourite place to work. Have and would definitely recommend the agency to others!

Rachel has been amazing since I joined Eyears. Rachel has been really approachable and easy to talk to about anything that may be relevant. I have had lots of work through the agency. Rachel checks in regularly to make sure everything is going ok with all the placements and is happy to pass on any feedback that she receives from the placements. I recommend Eyears to everybody I talk to :)

Absolutely love working for EYears! Vicky, Victoria and Rachel have always been great at communicating, finding me work close to home and responding to any queries I have promptly. Can't wait to get back into work once lockdown is over!
