Incredibly disappointed with the service here. The nail tech was incredibly rushed and did an awful job and did not care about the quality of the nail. my nailbeds look awful and the cuticles are sore from aggressive over filing. I got SNS nails and they were incredibly poorly done, thick and did not go all across the whole nail. Would not go here again. Awful.

Had a lovely set of nails here. Staff was friendly and patient. Took their time and the price was very reasonable for the quality of nails and products used. I used to go to another salon but was never happy. Defiantly will return!

Second time I have visited VIP nails, I walked in without having an appointment and was told they could do my nails but I would need to wait 10/15 minutes which I was more than happy with. Really nice kind atmosphere and I’m happy with my nails, would definitely recommend.

i got my nails done here and the nail art was awful, completely rushed, gaps in the gel on every single one of my nails and just looked really poor. when i told them this was not what i wanted at all and asked for my money back the woman laughed in my face and said no. i’m so upset and disgusted by the treatment in there. DO NOT get your nails done here, go to cocos, 10x better quality and the people are 10x nicer.

Very good. The gentleman who does the nails is precise and quick. Makes an excellent job of doing your nails. Just a shame there isn’t any more nail technicians with them.

I had my nails done here and my toe nails and honestly I am shocked they don’t listen to the things you want done and there not very good either 3 of my nails have broken and I only had them done last week and my toe nail polish has come off (gel colour) I will not be using them again and there stuff are rude as well when you tell them about the problem!
