This is what a grande looks like... or should I say a grande cup with a 3/4 measure inside. Also asked for extra hot. It was warm.. certainly not hot or extra hot. I was working across the road and if I wasn't starting work immediately I would have taken it back. I've never had this before. I won't be using this branch again. It's expensive enough for a full cup.. extortionate for less..

We went in about 8.30 am on 8th April 2023. Cafe empty, one member of staff, a large girl, sat doing paperwork watched me walk in and stand for 1 or 2 minutes at the empty counter with her back to me. I then said, is anyone serving, she said they will be out soon. After another minute I asked her to get someone. She begrudgingly got up, she sauntered slowly to the back and asked someone to come. From then on served well and coffee good. Don't employ lazy people with no manners and people skills.

Nice to go for a change, not very busy. Food and drinks nice, relaxing chatting with a friend. Table could have done with a wipe before our drinks and food were put on table.

Yesterday I came in twice, quiet both times and a new trainee on his first day.Polite staff and coffee was spot on.Today 3 members of staff and no queue but had to wait whilst they were busy chatting and buying themselves new cups.No interaction with me and then have a frothy mess presented as a latte.Poor show, just goes to show you staff make the difference.

I have read some of the reviews on here and simply don't understand. I'm a regular, twice a week usually and find the place relaxing, friendly, good service and the drinks 'n' food are fine. Highly recommended. Staff certainly aren't lazy" as stated below

Expensive brown water. Complained that my double espresso had no caffeine in it and was served a replacement that was even worse. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing our care

The worst experience ever. If I had the chance to put 0 stars, I would. After 30 minutes of waiting, very rude staff, shouted at us to drive back and wait again from the beginning because we have not ordered coffee through the speaker.Not a problem if we cannot order through window,but last time when we been there speaker was broken (this informatin was ignored).0 stars to Starbucks who doesn't train the staff who yell at people.Never come back....And not recommend
