Student flats in the centre of sunderland handy for shops Sunderland University all campuses are walking distance and a short local bus ride if needed. There is also a University special to connect living areas with University. Also this bus takes you to theRoyal hospital too if needed

Spent my last academic year at this property and did really enjoy it even though I had some problems with my flat mates at the start, but it was actioned accordingly. Lovely and modern place to live.
