Incredible service last night from a new waitress. Made us feel very welcome and was brilliant whenever we needed anything. Had a great time overall and with the offers on the app it wasn't too expensive. Salad bar was slightly low on some items which was a bit of a let down, but the mains made up for that tenfold.

Well service was extremely slowwwwww they had ran out/not received the delivery of rolls, corn on the cobs and even chickens (so they should sack the person responsible for purchasing) in the end the food arrived and the restaurant wasn't even half full.The bill got messed up once, twice nope but three times!!! In the end the manager did change it.If you are getting the kids meal deal beware that you have to pay separately for the drink as its not on the menu so beware!!!!

It took 15 minutes after being seated to take our food and drink order then over half hour for our food to come. The chips were not freshly cooked to order and had obviously been reheated from a previous order then over 10 minutes after our plates had been cleared and my sons dessert hadn't been served we had to leave to make our cinema showing. We gave ourselves over 90 minutes to eat and have a drink and even arrived early. We wasn't the only one's who left dissatisfied with the service. Definitely need more staff and 100% more training needed

My wife and I recently visited Harvester and enjoyed their delicious burgers and the option of unlimited salad with main course. The burgers were tasty and satisfying, and the unlimited salad added a refreshing touch to the meal. However, we found the overall experience to be average. The cost of around £40 for two people seemed a bit expensive, and we didn’t feel that the value matched the price. While the food was enjoyable, the higher cost impacted our perception of the experience. It would have been beneficial if the pricing was more reasonable. Nevertheless, the quality of the burgers and the availability of unlimited salad were definite highlights of our visit.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with brilliant service. The manager Katie was so kind and polite. Food was put together very well and all meals came out with no problems. Salad cart was full and maintained. Drinks were flowing nicely and all staff were happy. I know this Harvester hasn’t had the best reputation however I can truly see the new management making a big effort to change that. Katie was wonderful. Me and my friends will be returning next time we need our salad cart and bbq chicken stack fix!!!

The food was lovely, I went for the Haddock & Chips. Our server Danni was perfect. Made us feel welcome and was very fast with her service. Would come back and definitely recommend

To me, Harvester always sits as a comfort restaurant, one where you don't have to dress up to the nines to enjoy a plate. I feel whenever I want to *really* spend good time and company with whoever I'm accompanying, Harvester can provide a calm environment to enjoy some food.I visited for lunch on a Saturday and was surprised by how quiet it was. I had considered booking a table but had a window seat without any prior asking.West Green has become my favourite branch to visit in the South East after a few other branches have left me wanting more from service and food quality. I spoke to three different team members and all of them were glowing and were happy to be there.Our food was delivered in due time while we had the salad cart, which I believe has less to offer than it used to, but I wouldn't attribute that to this specific restaurant. My friend and I both chose the 1983 combo (or whatever year it was) and found the portion size plus a bowl of salad was perfect, no dessert required!We were let down by the strength of the pepsi on-tap, which felt a little weaker than usual.

A great place to eat. Lovely food and excellent service despite being short staffed we didn't have to wait any longer than any fully staffed establishment. It was a great night and would certainly go there again.
