They have a sign up in the shop they they won’t tolerate abusive customers and will call the police yet it is acceptable for them to take 2hrs to deliver stone cold food which is then taken back and they then refuse to refund and then be abusive to the customer, their own son and the counter assistant to the point I have had to call the police and will be reporting them to trading standards! Gave it another chance tonight for a birthday meal.It arrived after an hour and a half, cold. Almost zero chicken in the salt and chilli crispy chicken. It all tasted awful. Literally the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. They are trying so hard to save money and do over the customer that it's become embarrassing. The chef and the store should be ashamed to call that Chinese food. Your nation would laugh in your face.
