Originally informed the item was not in stock but was able to be sourced and arrived promptly. The item arrived in packaging that was not relevant to the item inside, again not a problem. When we opened the package, looked at the pieces we decided it was not for us and decided to refund the package. Now the problems begin, we had no issues to pay a large amount to return the item but when I had to chase my refund i was informed that due to us opening the plastic packaging to inspect some of the washers that we were not entitled to a full refund and have deducted £21.94. According to this company this should cover the repackaging of a few washers. This is criminal behaviour, in many years of ordering and returning items online I have never heard a deduction of refund over some plastic wallets. Overall, the response has been very poor from this company and this deceitful behaviour will be reported further. I would avoid because they really do try and make their money by deceiving people.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced!Bought a Jabsco water pump from these people a month or so ago, however when it was fitted it didn't work. I contacted TCS to tell them and to say I would be sending it back, but when I told them of the problem the person answering the phone's comment of so you say" made me feel it was being suggested I was attempting to cheat them in some way

Friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty!This was my first time dealing with them... I ordered a Swobbit brush and what I thought was a boat hook... the boat hook arrived first -- & it turned out I had only ordered the hook attachment, not the telescopic pole that fits it + brush head. When I then ordered the pole (while still waiting for the brush head), I had an email warning me it was temporarily out of stock. So I rang... and the incredibly helpful man on the phone told me, hand on heart, the pandemic/Brexit/Suez problems meant he couldn't promise when the pole would arrive... So, instead he rang around until he found a differet pole that was compatible with what I'd bought, and rang me back when he'd found it. He also told me the brush head I had on order wasn't the best for our boat... recommended the appropriate one... then told me the changes in order came to £1 more than I'd originally paid - which I could forget about! And - everything arrived in time for our boat trip this week! So, what can I say? They've made a customer for life!

Purchased a inflatable from them at a great price but with in a month I had a problem with it. I phoned them to ask advice and what a exemplary service I had from them, the dinghy was picked up from my house and a new one was delivered. Excellent service and great staff 5*

Delivery on time as stated in the website and a good price, something is not quite right with the order emails on delivery times which threw me a bit. Telephoned and they said I would get it on time and I did!

At this very busy time I ordered a kayak. The original Kayak was not in stock so was offered another almost identical one. I decided not to have the alternative one and cancelled the order. I just wanted to say that a member of staff kept me informed throughout by phoning and was very helpful at a frantically busy time with low staff numbers. I also received a refund the same day.
