It is with sadness that I feel to leave a review such as this. We invited Prem to come over and give a quote on quite a long electric gate. He came and spoke to us about what would suitable. We paid him a £200 deposit. We arranged to see him on Sun, at his request at their workshop and he took us to see a job he had completed. We had concerns and eventually decided that the job we required needed more reinforcement and extra work. We had nothing from him in wrting or never any discussion to the type of work he was going to undertake. We asked for our deposit to be returned as we would look elsewhere. After that he refused to answer the phone and after many messages we asked for £150 back, hoping £50 would cover his expenses. I went to see him and he said he only give back £100. The money he said, to cover his expenses and alot of his time. We now have the £100 (left with another person) and for that we are grateful. But he didn't want to discuss the matter or speak to us. We too wasted time in coming to see him and creating our own drawings and measurements. I would in future, tread-carefully and do the research.

Very disappointed! I really regret that I had used this company, they made me headaches. If you don’t want to experience bad quality gate and service, please reconsider to use it. I am thinking of looking Citizens Advice for help now.First, They’re not professional. The gate they made too small and at last they have to use three covers to cover the hole. what..? and two posts haven’t been in the same lever after windy. at last they have to keep adjusting them.Second, the gate quality is very bad, only be installed like four weeks, the paint has fell down by pieces, although they promised that the gate has been galvanised.Third, super bad service, when he came to quote told me that the old gate which he would take. But after they received the payment, and after two week, my old gate is till in my garden. they keep fooling me that they will come soon, but never appeared.I believe that when we spent thousands for a gate, we are looking for professional installation and good quality, also excellent service. unfortunately, None of them which this company offered.I will look for The Citizens Advice for the job which they haven’t done.

Terrible company to deal with. Railings were installed just a month ago, have not been painted properly and the rust is already showing following the recent rainfall. Despite numerous calls the company is difficult to get a hold of. But they were very quickly to repeatedly collect cash deposits!They also messed up my handrail with paint splatter and cleaned their paint brush on the pavement leaving black paint marks across various sections. Very unprofessional and poor.They are also scamming HMRC by not issuing an invoice. I shall be reporting to HMRC, trading standards and the local authority. Avoid if you don't want the hassle! When you pay a couple of grand you expect a much better service!

As stated in other reviews a professional cowboy company, do not be intimidated by the responses they provide.I have been waiting for a week for gates that rusted after a week of being installed and also metal exposed that had not even been painted. Chased the owner by text and phone with no response. They also advised when quoted a post would be fitted, this was never implemented making the structure weak.Many opportunities were given to rectify their faults, do not believe a word, full of false promises.I look forward to their intimidating response to try and justify their lack of professionalism.

As previous people have said, Avoid at all costs. You will regret it later if you use them.I'm very disappointed with this company and I wish I never used them. They were quick to come to see what I needed doing and all they want is the deposit. They quoted me £700 for fitting a single alleyway gate and repair a car park gate (4 bolts and 2 bent bars).I paid £200 deposit in cash, as requested, and didn't provide me with a proper invoice or receipt. They gave me a business card with the quote at the back.Promised to do the job 2 days later but didn't come until the following week which I didn't bother me to be honest as long as they do a good job.They turned up a 4.54pm which I thought was quite late to do such a job. I was surprised that the gate they fitted was not exactly what I discussed with them, especially the side frame. I insisted on thick bars, inside and outside frames. They fitted a thin outside support frame. I discussed having bolts and they fitted hinges.I'm 80% happy with the alleyway gate but very disappointed with the repair of the main car park gate.They were rushing the job and cutting corners because it was getting dark at 7.30pm when they finished. It was not my fault if they turned up late. They only replaced 2 bolts and not the 4 bolts agreed and welded the wrong sides and left sharp edges sticking out which could cut children or users.The gate used to open both ways before it was damaged.The biggest mistake they did, which I emphasised to them from the beginning, is to balance the gate so that it open both ways in order for me to access the court yard. This only can be done if one side of the gate opens to the outside which allows me to reverse my van. THEY FAILED TO DO THIS.Because they were rushing and it was dark, I didn't spot the gate was not opening to the outside and it was even worse than before. This is the main reason why I wanted the to get the gate repaired and I was let down by them.I also noticed the locking mechanism was noting slotting in position without physically pushing it with fingers. It was sticking out too much due to the gate being out of balance, which was their fault.They also failed to weld other parts properly where they cut. See photos.I contacted the guy the following morning and the days after when I noticed this and he ignored all my calls. I kept calling and texting and he was not replying or answering. He eventually answered my call and realised it was me. He quickly tried to blame me saying that I should have paid him more because it took him longer than he thought. He also accused me saying that I never asked for the gate to be balanced so that it could open to the front!He then put the phone down and didn't answer any of my calls.I highly advice everyone to avoid this company because they don't deliver what they promise. Poor customer service and bad quality.They don't have a catalogue to show you what they are quoting you for.They don't provide a written quote. They don't give you a proper invoice/ receipt. They take cash from you.Don't pay them in cash. Any genuine business should take a card payment especially when you pay a lot of money.I have now called another company to fix the gate and they have done a much better job than these cowboys.Please see photos of the work or the quote.

Great job from the team. 2 gates at different sites.

I used this company to fit railings and remote controlled automated gates at my house in Chigwell, Essex. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews on google, however this company was recommended to me by a major property developer in Birmingham. I am very impressed with the standard of workmanship, and the quickness of the job. I would have given 5 stars but the only thing was that I had to wait 2 weeks to be scheduled in for the works. However the job was all completed in one day, and was priced much cheaper than all other competitors nearby in the Essex/London area.

I was recommended these guys through a friend who recently installed an automated gate system. I had front railings and a manual gate installed, this was done in a timely manner and fitted to perfection. Great workmanship, fast installation, and very reasonably priced (they beat the closest price by miles). I will definitely recommend these guys if you are in the midlands or surrounding areas. The staff were very courteous, and cleaned up the job before leaving.
