Great place and lovely girls do brilliant hair x was well happy

I had Worked here briefly, I wasn’t made to feel welcome. The conversations the staff had infront of clients were very unprofessional. My stock was getting used and nobody was owning up to it. They couldn’t even clear out the spare trolly so I had space for my stock. I was uncomfortable and made to feel very unwanted in the atmosphere of the salon. Wouldn’t recommend getting my hair done or working there.

Good hair but had to return due to colour not matching which is my fault so can’t fault the hair at all! made sure I delivered in time stated on website, emailed them and they confirmed was okay to process the return through Klarna and they would refund, this was the 12th July, emailed them again on the 19th to ask if they have done the refund as Klarna still says waiting for them to confirm, they said they would check, still have had nothing through, email again 24th and now still have not received a reply and Klarna still says they are waiting for them to confirm the refund, didn’t want to put a bad review but a shame I have had no contact with them since and I still haven’t been able to purchase more hair as I put that money aside.
