Juchau is my local mechanic located in Rayners lane, just by my house! Always great advice and service from a honest and reliable mechanic. A mechanic able to work on my vehicle is hard to find due to it being a vehicle LWB ford transit van. All servicing and MOT's are done here as well as some very difficult engine diagnosis work. Always take my van to John.He's been looking after my vehicles for many years now, MOT's, servicing etc.Never felt your being ripped off like some places I've been to before.

Were not able to repair, could have done a bit more but they did sound like they knew what they were talking about.I needed a glow plug replaced (based on my own code reader) and the windscreen washer unblocked on an E91 3 Series BMW. I had all the parts but I didn't have time to do the work myself so was looking for someone to do it for me promptly.The washer bottle had algae at the pump head so needed pulling out from the wheel arch, removing the motor from the bottle to clean the filter and then replace.I dropped the car off and agreed the fee with them. Collected it later in the day but the washer had not been done.The garage also flagged an issue with the glow plug controller rather than the glow plug - I would have preferred that they had called me and asked if I still wanted the plug replaced even with a controller issue rather than putting it all back together with the additional diagnosis.I was billed for all this but I really didn't want to argue - I was happy to walk away and just wait to do it myself.They were right about the controller but I ended up doing the glow plug because it was still an issue.I wouldn't use them for electrical issues again but they did sound like they knew what they were talking about so I would go back for other work, if I have the need again.

Honest service and pricing provided everytime I visited, I've been coming here for years, I even travel down to them because they're the only garage and staff I can truly trust with my car.

Very happy with the service they provided even when they was fully booked had my van fixed and back on the rd the next day so I could go back to work would highly recommend them
