MD Phone Repairs

Took my money, did not fix my phone and seems to have done it to a lot of people here. He refused to return my money. Kept delaying the date for me collect my phone too. He kept saying tomorrow when he knows it won't be done the next day. Wasted my time! Not done yet. Come back tomorrow" is what he says. NOT A SORRY WAS SAID ONCE. RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER."

Bought many phones from this shop and also got my kids repaired today went in to fix the screen took him 30 mins and screen was brand new again also cleaned my charger port for us to will always use this easy access to the shop door MD PHONE REPAIRS thanks rabeka Clayton see you next time

Scam don’t go here he is a rip off

If you have a pram/pushchair do not attempt to go in me and my friend went to go in as she needed a new phone as she went in he asked her to wipe her feet then I followed behind her the bloke behind the counter come out and said I was to wait on the mat as the pushchair would make the floor wet (it was snowing) at that point I left and he then said he would allow me in just this 1 time but at that point we didn’t want to be somewhere that would not allow us in because I had a pushchair that would get there floor wet so ended up spending £350 in the phone shop round the corner think they need to invest in some wet floor signs instead of turning customers away

Repaired my phone and accidentally sold it I don’t know how u accidentally sell someone’s phone but this stupid person did it, when asked for the amount he sold the phone for he refused n only refunded the amount I paid for the repair. Should be shut down, also apparently a racist

They FAILED to repair my phone after almost ONE MONTH when they said it will only take ONE DAY. He also made me cry and he and his colleague laughed at me. They also made jokes to just superglue my phone screen on. They told me to deal with it"

Don't go thier..the man knows nothing about phone repairs.. think he's watched u tube vids to educate himself..been 2 times an phone still had same problems..£35 for new battery..phone had same problem..sold me a new galaxy (second hand) phone for £130..same problem..he just cleaned my old problematic phone an sold it back to me..stay clear of this shop.. honestly.

They did not fix my phone and took my money. Their reasoning is because they worked on it for a few hours. But my phone is still not fixed. How do you justify taking my money? Scammers!

I'm just putting this here but you've put the hdmi upside down I only realized when I got home and I'll be coming back tomorrow to see what you can do okay if not I would really like a refund please

Just bought the new Samsung galaxy s20 from here. Was initially nervous of doing so, but the service was really great and they went out of their way to answer all my questions and give me advice on the phone I should buy.My phone arrived today (was sent via 1st class) and the packaging was perfect and the phone works and looks exactly as marketed. I'm definitely going to come back here! Can't fault the phone or their service, it was perfect and would highly recommend.
