Exeter IMO Car Wash

Paid for 10 quid clean, worst clean ever!!Still had surface dirt in many areas. Dozens of dead bugs still all over front inc around windscreen.Would have complained but did not have time to go round again. Terrible!

I usually use IMO, and have no issues, but the past couple of times, my car has been left dirty. got an ultra HD today, my car is filthy - the wheels are still brown, no foam bath, next to no pre wash (quick powerwash as he walked around my car), the wax barely touched my car, the dryer didn't seem to be working and the microfiber tails at the end left my car covered in streaks. I had to rewash the windscreen in a nearby car park so I could see properly!

Great car wash if you are confident being pulled through! Lots of wash options.I like to think this type of wash is kinder to the bodywork than regular car washes or, especially, hand washes - though I don't have any evidence for this!The pre-wash is good.There was a queue of about 5 cars when I come sited but it doesn't take long to work through that.

For the time taken to do the work and the price this is the best the car has looked for years, not having the space to do it myself it's fantastic what I got for £40.

Ripped off my wing mirror cover going to have to go back and hope they have it. Also the car still has dirty marks on it not worth the money at all

More expensive than my usual car wash. I had the £10 wash. I didn't like the residue that was left on the windscreen. It left a greasy smeared screen. The rest of the car was ok.

Had my car cleaned today. The wheels were dirty with loose brake dust. Still looked the same after the wash. When I complained the operator said.... go away, your car is not new car, not my problem. He was angry and rude. Don't use them.

I am a regular user of IMO Exeter car wash & find their standard consistently high. Today the after wash rinse and blow drier did not appear to be working. On reporting this I was informed that this was known about and that it would be working next week. The operator then turned on his heels and carried on with the next customer as he was the only operative there. Standards slipping?

It’s efficient and we timed it well no queue but every time it feels the price goes up timber when it was 2.49 now it’s £5 for basic car wash and the car still has dirt on it

DO NOT COME HERE! Been here many of times and followed the same procedure. Once in the car wash the whole system was malfunctioning which resulted in a multi car pile up. My car being sandwiched in between two other cars causing damage to the back and front of my car including everyone else’s who were involved. For a company to be able to run with the correct legislations they must follow a sufficient and mandatory health and safety process in the course of any incident. This was not followed. The people involved felt unsafe and in terror due to the insufficient use of correct safety measures. If the system was to become sufficiently dangerous then risk to life would have occurred. I will be contacting head office and taking legal action of this company. Please do not go here and maximise your safety and the value of your car. The staff were inconsiderate and refused to pay a refund for an unwashed car.
