TUI Holiday Store

Popped in yesterday for euros. Was greeted and served by the lovely Clare. Such a lovely lady very welcoming and attentive nothing was too much trouble. Looked at future holidays for 2024 and will definitely be booking.she was very Knowledgeable which was such a delight, we would highly recommend using the tui shop for that personal touch, (especially with Clare) all the staff are lovely and friendly too. Recently booked my holiday with Jenna. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to find us our dream holiday, within budget and what worked for us. We are so excited and would not hesitate to book in store again, Jenna took the stress out of booking our holiday and we can't thank her enough.

Myself, my partner and daughter visited Grimsby store not knowing where we wanted to go on holiday, it was such a welcoming travel agents. Sarah spent a good 2 hours going through different holiday destinations and helped us pick our holiday for 2024. Other team members were excellent help also on giving advice on destinations to go, while we was picking, another colleague chatted with our daughter and brought her colouring to pass time which was super nice and helpful while we chose our holiday. we will certainly be using the store again for future holidays.

I have just booked my 5th cruise with TUI, I believe TUI cruises are the best for all round, really good prices certainly the best food and entertainment, the staff are just lovely, so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The cruise liners are so amazing you couldn't wish for more. I wouldn't use another liner,Joanne the holiday rep in the shop has been so very helpful, on all our holiday bookings, goes above and beyond her position to help us get the best holiday. I always use Joanne as she know what we want and caters for our needs. I would highly recommend TUI. Thanks Joanne for booking this cruise again....

All of the girls at TUI Grimsby are amazing, they are always super helpful and nothing is ever too much for them. I want to thank Amelia who had helped me when I had a few questions, she was so kind and managed to answer everything leaving me a lot more relaxed about holidays! She is super well travelled and is so knowledgeable! Cannot recommend enough :)

I have booked numerous holidays through this store over the years. Mexico, New York and recently Florida for longer haul destinations as well as shorter hauls like Turkey, Greece and Spain. The store has a great team of friendly staff who are at hand to make the process as seamless as possible. Special mention to Jenna who has booked all of my holidays, always goes that extra mile to ensure we have the best holiday experience.

We booked our holiday for next year with Sarah at the TUI Grimsby store recently. We always travel with TUI as we have confidence in the brand. We knew roughly what we wanted and where we wanted to go but we hadn't quite found the hotel we were looking for. Sarah made some great recommendations based on our previous holidays with TUI and we ending up booking one of these. She listened to our requirements and made some great recommendations. She was very knowledgeable and found us a great deal. Can't wait for our holiday now and would definitely recommend TUi Grimsby for anyone booking a holiday. I booked a holiday through this branch earlier this year. Sarah was really attentive and helpful ensuring we got the best deal available for the area we wanted to go. Our family holiday this year almost fell through due to an issue with the hotel, after much help from Jenna she managed to not only put us at ease but arrange an amazing trip for us to Greece.
