What excellent customer service.Managed to find me an appointment for the following day. Following this managed to get me in to the eye clinic the day after. Even contacted me a day later to see how I had got on. Thanks to all of you at the hykeham branch.

I found the eye test really good and very thorough, but found the glasses to be very expensive and wasn’t given much of a choice on frames. Didn’t think much to the customer service when went back for an adjustment. Won’t be going there again, these are the most expensive glasses I’ve ever had and can’t say I really like them.

I Recently attended for an eye test and contact lens fitting. Karen was fantastic and very knowledgable in her advice. Great service from reception staff to general optometrist - I would definately reccomend this opticians havingnot being happy when i used the usual mainstreem opticians

Highly recommend Walter's Opticians in Hykeham. My son recently got a fragment of wood in his eye whilst at work. On phoning Walters, I explained he had been at A&E the previous evening and was still waiting on an appointment. The receptionist advised that if we had still not heard anything by midday to call Walter's again. I phoned again after 1pm and spoke to another member of staff who had been informed of our situation (good communication) and my son was given an immediate appointment. After examining my son's eye, they personally phoned the eye clinic at the hospital for us and managed to arrange an appointment for that afternoon because they cared enough about the discomfort he was experiencing. All staff are kind, professional and helpful and clearly go above and beyond.

Eye test is way over priced and the cost of the glasses are expensive. Can get the same glasses 1/4 of the price online

Great service and customer care. Had eye test and new glasses fitted in 4 days. Same for my wife as well so really happy. Thank you.
