Eden Hyundai - Wokingham

I recently purchased a Hyundai Kona EV from Eden Hyundai at Wokingham and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The sales representative, Ian Allen, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The car has all the features I was looking for and the price was great too! I'm thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Eden Hyundai at Wokingham and Ian to anyone in the market for a new car. Overall, a 5-star experience!

I needed a used car and had driven Hyundai before. Ahmed Ali searched the net for me and we eventually found the car for me on site but it had just arrived and needed work. It was a Saturday and I needed it before Tuesday evening. Although they couldn't commit to such a quick turnaround when I called them on Monday and explained I was desperate the whole team got to work and Ahmed called me back to say it would be ready Tuesday evening. I really appreciate the effort from everyone that serviced and cleaned my vehicle at short notice and thanks to Ahmed for putting in the effort and keeping me infomed of the quick progress. My next car will be purchased from Eden Wokingham.

Fantastic atmosphere here! Came in to service my car. Service team are fantastic and wanted to know some information about the new Kona HEV. Met Ahmed helped me with all the questions. Coming back to test drive!

Upon arrival at the appointed time, I was dealt with by a very polite member of staff.I was advised as to what would be carried out in the service. I was able to wait in comfortable surroundings whilst the work was carried out and enjoy the free coffee.My car was returned upon completion after it had received a wash and vacuum.All in all a good experience.

This is the way things should be done, first class service with a smile. From the first time we walked into the showroom Lee was brilliant, not pushy left us to have a good look around and he was there to help if needed and boy did he help, answered all our questions even the silly ones. We told him where we wanted to be with regards to the numbers and everything worked out just great. After a comprehensive handover by Lee we are proud owners of a new car. A big thanks to all at Eden but especially to Lee you made the whole experience enjoyable, would not hesitate to recommend. 5 star service.

We just got our first Hyundai mobility car from here. We've previously been using the Ford dealership in Bracknell which has closed down, so we have been looking around for alternatives.We were dealt with by a nice young man called Lee, who was very friendly and helpful - we had to have a hoist fitted in the boot for a portable scooter - he arranged everything for us so it was ready when we picked the car up.I would thoroughly recommend this dealership, especially if you are a mobility customer.The car is great and is perfect for our needs.

Over the past two weeks I have been going through the process of trying to purchase my first car independently. Excellent level of service from David at Hyundai Eden. Never having driven an hybrid, neither an automatic car, David was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to kno so we could make an informed decision. We had a rough idea of the type of car, but, David after asking several questions, was able to steer us in the right direction. All in all are very positive experience.
