Last week, I had the pleasure of buying a pre-registered Abarth from Stoneacre Wolverhampton (Willenhall). The whole thing was a good experience.I live between six and seven hours' driving time from Willenhall, so all arrangements were made online and by phone.Of the Abarth dealerships which I contacted to explore trading-in my existing car, Stoneacre was definitely the most enthusiastic.My initial enquiry was acknowledged promptly by Jared Lewis, and I was soon in touch with sales executive Jeevan Dhanda.Jeevan took care to ensure that my final choice of car matched my requirements in terms of cost-to-change, equipment spec, maximum recorded mileage, etc.The ideal car happened to be at the Lincoln branch, but Jeevan soon made arrangements for its timely move to Willenhall.We co-operated on fixing the handover date, and the dealership was agreeably flexible in this regard.On handover day itself, at the end of a fairly long drive, a friendly welcome awaited me at Willenhall, and the new car was all ready and waiting, exactly as described.Thanks to Jeevan and his colleagues, everything went smoothly, and I'm grateful to them all for ensuring that there were no last-minute disappointments or unwelcome surprises to mar the occasion.Throughout the process, Jeevan kept me up-to-date with developments. It was clear to me that he listened attentively when we spoke by phone, and that he was taking care to absorb accurately my e-mails.He was patient in the face of numerous detail questions, and was courteous and upbeat throughout.His attitude meant that it was a pleasure to do business with Stoneacre, and having met briefly some of his colleagues at Willenhall, I don't doubt that they all have that same approach to their work and to looking after the customer.A quick word about the car. My daughter was after her first car and we visited here as we had seen a little fiat 500 that we liked the look of. Will came out to see if he could assist but unfortunately a deposit has been taken on it. We went inside for a chat and Will then found in group stock another Fiat 500 that sounded ideal.The car was transported in, test driven and then even delivered to our home address as we were unable to go and pick the vehicle up.Brilliant customer service from Will and my daughter has a lovely car courtesy of the bank of mom!

Met a very nice sales man at this dealership and ordered my new car, but unfortunately a different car was sent from another dealership but Daniel sorted it all out found another car and got it delivered for me, sorted out my private numberplate and even got it put on for me helping me to tax and insure it, and explaining all the gadgets to me what a lovely friendly bloke he is, would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new car. I'm now very pleased with mine

Daniel sold us a Fiat 500 last week. He was 100% professional and he wasn’t pushy. He gave us all of the details we needed and was helpful to a fault and went the extra mile by polishing my key fob. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Would recommend the dealership, and would also recommend the finance guy (I missed his name) would dealt expertly with his side of things. I purchased my third car through Stoneacre, Wolverhampton and sales executive, Nathan Clayton. I absolutely love my Corsa electric. It saves me so much money and Nathan carefully explained the benefits of making the switch from my petrol MG Jared sorted all the paperwork out efficiently and I am over the moon.
