The least responsive and least helpful estate agent I have ever come across. And that is dealing with the eponymous agent himself. Honestly makes you wonder if they want to sell anything. I will no longer be interested in a property if they are handling it

What a waste of time and money. Mr Nancekivell took our valuation fee and gave us nothing of value in return as his fee was so far off the mark!! When we tried to get some clarification, we were fobbed off- he already had his fee...why would he need to remain professional after that?

Mr Nancekivell provided a wildly inaccurate valuation of our woodland we were looking to purchase (over double what we agreed on with the land owners!) This sort of indicated to us that his valuation advice was poor. Having been charged £300 for the privilege, when we dared to enquire as to the basis of this valuation, he would not (or could not) provide an explanation and proceded to threaten us with additional fees for daring to question his professional" opinion.
