Will not be returning. Staff friendly but have tried this place a few times & never leave happy.. always have to go & get my nails redone somewhere else straight after. So much money wasted!

Really lovely staff, excellent service, be prepared they spend longer time on your nails compared to others, but worth it as get exactly as you want, used to go Kim’s but moved here and so glad I did, plus do a loyalty card

Went to the shop on Thursday, and on Thursday night I began getting burning feeling under the nails, I had then woke up Friday morning, fingers swollen and began to bleed. I have had an allergic reaction to the glue which hasn't happened before. I then phoned to tell them what had happened to say I need to take them off, and they told me that they couldn’t do that as they was busy. I then had to go somewhere else to get them off.

Wouldn’t recommend. Acetone remover too hot - painful on the nails. Filed my gel down too much and the new gel started to chip after less than one week

I got a walk-in appointment (on a busy Saturday) with no wait which was great.Nail technician worked very quickly and she checked if I was okay with her work throughout.Price was £28 for gel nails; pink French tips with green stars nail art.
