Nte are in charge of our phone lines. They were meant to change the answer machine times but didn’t consequently the answer machine was not turned off when it should have been. This resulted in loss of revenue to my business. When reported to NTE it was flagged as a low priority and no response from the out of hours team for 9 hours and ongoingThe first time this happened i gave the benefit of the doubt but when you confirm changes have been made and then discover they have not been, it’s disappointing

Used to be a good company, but gone downhill over recent years. Had a phone system hack and their state of the art fraud detection system" finally picked it up 3 days later... leaving the client with a £3k bill and NTE washing their hands of all responsibility. Sign up resellers then stop paying commission when it suits

Not only is the system great, but the level of service from NTE has also been outstanding. From day one, they’ve listened to us and provided solutions. They’re proactive in their approach to encourage us to take full advantage of all the features. An example of this in action is their support team emailing us asking if we want to adjust our programming to reflect our Easter opening times. NTE took the time to understand our business and continue to invest in the relationship post-sale. Highly recommend

LaneSystems have worked with NTE for over 10 years, and I used them when at S&D Training even prior to that; they have always provided an exemplary service. And that level of service has remained pre and post sales, whenever we have a query or require changes to be made to our On Hold Marketing Production, they are always happy to support. I can't praise NTE Limited highly enough. This company is full of talent so no matter who picks up the phone to answer your enquiry, you are dealt with in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner.The equipment they supply is top quality, their service is first class and their after sales service is second to none.I have dealt with NTE for years now and have always been very impressed, but don't just take my word for it, give them a call and you'll see what I mean.
