I had a good experience at the shop while placing a huge Stokke order however not with the delivery and assembly. The delivery men were extremely late (promised to finish by 12:30pm but only arrived at 1pm so finished at 4pm) and I missed hospital appointment. They didn’t call to notify of the delay, didn’t apologize, mixed up paperwork and had numerous issues with the assembly grumbling that they don’t have children so don’t how it should be assembled. Their behavior was unprofessional and rude.However I understand that it is a separate company contracted by Back in Action. Tim (from the shop) did his best trying to take the situation under control over the phone. And next day sent me flowers in apology which was very sweet.At the end of the day all the order arrived with no quality issues but the experience was spoiled by these two delivery men.

I've been suffering with pretty bad lower back pain, and Abby helped me try on a few chairs. Making sure the adjustable desk was the same height as my desk at home meant that I knew that I'd be able to get a chair that be the right height, and help with my back pain.She was very patient with me, and I'm very happy with my Varier Balans.Thanks Abby!

I was recommended the store by my physiotherapists at Mayfair Health as I was looking to return back to work after a prolonged break with severe back problems.I went into the store and asked for very specific advice on my home desk set up regarding chair, mouse, footrests etc. I came across Craig Brown who was immensely helpful and had a detailed eye down to even the single centimetre when it came to foot/hand/shoulder positions.Craig Brown went above and beyond in terms of his service and genuinely wanted to help and provide the best possible specific advice/product offering for my back problems.I would highly recommend the back in action shop they have fantastic products and would in particular have no doubt in recommending Craig Brown to my friends or family, even for preventative advice on desk set ups.

I want to leave positive feedback for Back in Action's customer service. I brought a chair from them many years ago, and a crucial bolt recently sheared into two pieces through regular use. I used their online contact form and they sent me exactly the bolt I needed through the post in just a couple of days, no quibbles, no fee. Good to find a company that looks after customers so well.

The service when we bought eight dining chairs and an office chair las year was excellent - very helpful and personal. Everything arrived on time and the delivery men assembled the chairs for us even though that wouldn't have been a difficult task for us. We decided a few months later to buy more dining chairs and the service was every bit as good then. The chairs are brilliant too!

Excellent staff who took the time to get to know me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured and I very much enjoyed the experience. The chair I bought is incredible and has changed the way I work. Worth every penny. Also do try the mobilizer in store - I've got one of those coming for a month trial now - really great shop, brand and service. Highly recommend.

I wanted to buy a new desk chair that would relieve my back of aches. I knew I wanted to try one in person rather than buy from the internet. I recognised this would come at a premium. With the service from Back in Action, I am very happy to have shopped with them.This is old school customer service that you don't think exists anymore. Dave was happy for me negotiate prices knowing I was a student. I never felt pressurised. I had the time to try out all their different chairs and devices. My questions were answered. Solutions were explored.Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price.Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD.Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.
