Smooth IT

Based in south Wales, we found Smooth IT via a google maps search thanks to others' good reviews on here. Rob helped our company move all of our emails from an old client server to Office 365. It was complicated but every step was handled professionally, double checked, and nothing was overlooked or rushed. Our workflow is now much improved with faster email and through Sharepoint and Teams which enable us to work remotely. We are all really happy with the new system. Rob is always helpful over the phone of via a screenshare and is very knowledgeable. I like Smooth IT's pay as you go format for the billing. We hope to have their support for years to come. I would recommend Smooth IT, they are much better than the Swansea based IT support we had before.

We had no hesitation engaging SmoothIT for all aspects of our IT support. They came highly recommended to us and certainly didn't disappoint. Immediately, their first job was to decommission our old server and move us into the cloud, the migration project was seamless and was planned meticulously; they delivered ahead of time and within budget. We chose to work with Smooth IT after meeting Dan and Rob and feeling very comfortable with their approach and charging model. Soon after we engaged them we had a major virus attack that required Travis to work with us on and off site for two weeks while he fully disinfected and restored our systems and updated all of the security. Smooth IT are now holding our hand as we become fully cloud based and updating necessary hardware and software along the way. Response times are good and we haven't yet posed a problem that Smooth IT haven't been able to fix. Very happy to recommend them.

Dan and Rob and all the team at Smooth IT have been a fantastic help to us as we have set up our new business. Put simply, we didn't have much of a clue when it came to setting up the IT side of our business, but we have been guided through which software and hardware we needed, and supported through the ongoing maintenance with the minimal of fuss and most importantly, in a language myself and my business partner understand (We are both complete technophobes!!!)
