Had the pleasure yesterday of dealing with the staff at the Sutton in Ashfield branch.They were very pleasant,courteous and friendly. They guided me through the process professionally and respectively. So a special thank you to Lindsey, Tracy and Paige.

Recently bought a watch from the Idlewells store. The staff were very helpful, professional & knowledgeable. They have some good time pieces and at really good prices.Highly recommend.

I was walking past the pawn brokers and I could see and feel an energy of people looking in the window and queuing. I'd never been to a pawn brokers before, never really understood it. But it was by chance I'd seen a gold chain in Warren James window so I enquired in Warren James l and was amazed to find that a lot of gold made today is just plated over silver and is quite expensive. So I thought I'd pop into H&T to find out what all the fuss was about. Then I spotted some gold chains and they were on sale. I asked if they were pure gold and was told they were. I was told they varied In weight and and length and the quality of the gold was measured in carats. I spent the next hour trying on 3 beautiful gold chains and settled for a 22 inch 9ct gold Anchor chain which weighs about 19grams and was in the sale. I spent a bit more than I was expecting but it was worth it. The staff were very patience with me this was my first gold buying experience and I would fully recommend h&t pawnbrokers in idleswell centre. it's got that special magic you want when buying something precious and judging by how many people where buying and queuing I'm not the only person who feels that. It was a lovely buying experience. I was served by an elderly lady with blonde hair you can't miss her."
