We always use carpet stop and highly recommend simply because quality fitters great service Great products.Popped into the store today 28th Saturday and met with Mickey in store who kindly guided us in the right direction regarding the products we required and all booked in to be fitted.

What can we say, a Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff in the shop were fantastic and very helpful without being pushy and happy to just let you browse. My son was amazed at how many rooms of carpets there were and the guy didn’t mind him exploring. We found a beautiful end of roll piece that was perfect for the room! The fitting guys were polite and very fast and efficient too. The flooring is fantastic quality and looks beautiful. We have a very happy teen with her new room. Will be booking with them again very soon for our other rooms! Thank you!

Had our landing and stair carpet supplied and fitted, it looks amazing. Great service, even had a phone call to ask if we wanted an earlier fitting date. Prices are really competitive. Fitting guys were polite,curtious and did an amazing job of fitting the carpet, esp as we have a stairlift.

We've previously purchased three bedroom carpets and lino for bathroom. A couple of years ago, and all installed, by friendly efficient team, still looks great today.In the next couple of days, we're having hall fitted with lino and carpet for stairs and landing.Will update this review with photos and update review once they have been around. But I have no worries, Micky and Chantelle have provided great customer service.

Picked a great bargain at THE CARPET STOP the other day.Had this idea for some synthetic grass, and they had a half price piece just what I neededOf course the next thing I asked about some other flooring and was shown another bargain offer!I think we are on the way for more great deals

Very impressed with the service Micky gave us. He came out to measure up the day after we came in to make an enquiry and got us a fitting date before our visitors arrive. Friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back again.
