I've purchased 3 products and services from this store in the last year. The staff are always knowledgeable, polite and efficient. However with an average of 3 staff at anytime you may be in for a long wait as this store always seems busy.

Every time I go (I’ve been a customer for 13 years) the systems are so slow and barely working that renewing contracts and getting new phones takes me literally hours - every time. I don’t know why I keep using them. The people themselves are nice and try to do a good job but the systems seem to make it nearly impossible.

Seriously underrated staff. The que is always long in this place, which is unfortunate but can rarely be avoided. The staff are generally helpful and understanding, sometimes they don't stop for hours and end up having lunch at the end of the day, if at all. Their job title is SALES ADVISER but they go far beyond their job description. Sometimes they are unable to reslove the issues in store but they try their best.

I came in today with my 2 young children, all staff was absolutely amazing with them and helped me unbelievable amounts! I didn’t get the name of the gent who helped me today but just wanted to thank them all, I am so grateful for today!

Went in yesterday to talk about upgrade options for my girlfriend.. Amy was really nice and helpful. She wasn't trying to force the most expensive phone on us like most others do. She was very helpful and explained options well. Thanks Amy!

Vodafone customer services is very poor. Asked Vodafone to listen into phone calls as I was miss advised Vodafone failed to comply they also said that I had no outstanding balance on my account and sent me a letter of confirmation. But after the letter add 232 pound to my account that I know need to pay.The account has gone into deadlock and after 8 weeks I am still waiting for the deadlock letter so I can continue my dispute with the ombudsman scheme

Every time i go into the Vodafone store, im always sent away to ring Vodafone. completely useless have been having issues with them for 3 months yet still not getting no where. Only one member of staff in store has given me help or at least tried to help me, he was amazing and tried everything possible to help however his colleagues are not as helpful. Even some members of staff leaving a que of 4-5 people so that she can go her dinner even though we had waited half an hour.
