Get my hair done in here by Lesley every week. Lovely salon with great staff who always make you welcome. They have all necessary procedures in place since reopening. The salon stocks the best available hair care products which the staff are all very knowledgeable about. They are happy to give you the best advice on caring for your hair. Would highly recommend a visit.

2nd visit to this lovely Salon. From walking through the door you are made to feel welcome. It is extremely clean and hygienic. It was a treat from beginning to end. Michelle has transformed my hair. After years of disappointing results from other Salons I have now got the colour I have always wanted. I would recommend Richardson and Mason to everyone. Our hair is our crowning glory ladies and if it’s looking good it helps us to feel fantastic.You definitely get that result in here. I have been going to Richardson and Mason for a few years now and could not be happier. The salon is spotless and the cut and colour I get from Carly is always perfect. My hair has been in the best condition and I have had lots of compliments on the colour. Carly is a very knowledgeable and talented hairdresser. The salon has gone above and beyond both during lockdown and in making the salon safe for clients returning. All the staff are so friendly and is great value for money. I highly recommend Richardson and Mason, a five star salon.

New to the salon after lockdown, had an amazing experience. I got a cut and colour and having short hair it’s always hard finding a stylist to cut and style it they way I like. The girls in the salon are super friendly and welcoming. They also gave me great advice on products to use at home which I could purchase in the salon to help my colour last and my hair to be the best it could be. Thank you so much girls, will definitely be back❤️

I have been getting my hair done here for many years now and would never consider going anywhere else. Lisa always cuts my hair but many of the girls have coloured and styled it. I have very thick and curly hair and Lisa is amazing at taming it. I have recently started taking my 5 year old girls too and they are fab with them, they are very shy but the staff are so good with them that my girls relax and enjoy it. Recently with Covid the salon really has proven how professional it is, it’s immaculate with staff in ppe and constantly cleaning, I feel very safe attending and would definitely recommend to others.

I have been going to Richardson and Mason for 5 years now. Carly always does everything that I ask her to do and always recommends the best colours and treatments to go for. The environment is clean, calm and very welcoming. During lockdown the girls went over and above by delivering products to my house to keep me going until I was able to go back into the salon. They really are all angels! Thanks again for all that you do.
