Skylark School of Dance

We love Skylark, Sophia has enjoyed many classes in ballet and contemporary dance and can’t wait to join the Musical Theatre and Street dance classes soon. Anya, the founder is an inspiring dancer and teacher for the children, and she gets involved in their progress to make sure they enjoy and excel. Anya is a real professional and so passionate about dance and about her students.

My daughter has been with Skylark since 2016 and what an incredible experience it has been. The amazing teachers whom not only are hard working and dedicated but also caring towards the children. My daughter has built confidence , her love for dance and many wonderful friends along the way.

My two daughters have been attending ballet classes with Skylark since early 2020. They are in Primary and Grade 4. Ms Anya and her team are highly professional, experienced, committed, very passionate and supportive to each child. My younger daughter loves the class and stickers she gets in her Ballet book after each session. My older one progressed and excelled so much in one year that she auditioned for BBO Junior Scholar and Royal Ballet Junior Associates, and to her delight she got offered a place with Royal Ballet School for Junior Associates. Her teacher Ms Anya went an extra mile to guide, encourage and prepare my daughter for the above auditions. I would highly recommend the Skylark School for all young dancers.

I have been attending the adult ballet classes with Skylark since early early 2020. Anya and her team are highly skilled, experienced, committed, passionate, supportive and kind. The lessons are challenging and fun in equal measures. The syllabus is skillfully adjusted to meet the varying levels of experience in the class. The venue is convenient and the facilities are great. I would highly recommend Skylark!

Ballet has always been a passion for me, even though I hadn't practice d it for many years.Adult classes at Skylark are the perfect place to practice and challenge oneself (going on stage for the school's show,or dancing on point shoes for example) , along with creating warm relationships..Teachers are amazing, supporting and encouraging us to dream (and achieve) bigger!!

Such a great dance school. My 3 year old daughter used to do ballet at another organisation and whilst she had lots of fun she didn’t progress much in terms of the dancing. At this school she not only has fun but she has learnt so much and already looks like a little ballerina after just half a term. The teachers and staff are all so lovely and my daughter is more than happy for me to drop her off each week and leave her in the capable hands of the teacher.

A talented, magical dance school that has helped me feel stronger and brought alive my love of ballet that I thought I’d lost after becoming a mum. The classes are all about building your strength and technical ability whilst also learning some of the most classic and beautifully performed ballets of all time. The lady’s who run this school are incredibly talented, hard working and passionate and I’m so thankful to have been enveloped into their world.

We been together with Skylark school of Dance since beginning.This year she started Musical Theatre clases. My daughter loves it. All the teachers are amazing, very professional,friendly and really careing. Very professional school with a great balance between fun and discipline. The best part is summer performance. Kids really enjoying it :)

Passionate, experienced and supportive teachers, warm and welcome atmosphere. I cannot recommend highly enough this ballet school if you want to learn classical ballet and beautifully develop your body regardless of your age and ballet experience.

The best ballet school in Bromley. All the teachers are professional and involved, lots of performances on stage and competitions. Both of my daughters love their ballet classes and would like to attend more often
