Kismat Motor Group Limited (KMG)

I bought my car at this car dealership and was scammed for the person who did the deal with me he said that the car had been serviced this year and he never took the car for service because I could see it in the new car guarantee I made, and promised me a free service for next year as the car ran out of service after one month purchase. I tried to contact him and he didn't respond. I'm not stupid and buy a car without service or MOT but in this case it's without service. Be careful when doing business with this dealership.

I previously had the pleasure of purchasing a Mazda 6 from KMG Car Sales and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The car was amazing, and the service from the team was top-notch. I recently purchased a Nissan Micra from KMG and I am very happy with it. Very reliable car that drives smoothly! The car was even delivered to my front door with a fresh 12 month MOT. Fantastic customer service with a great selection of cars at very affordable prices. If you're looking to purchase a car I would highly recommend KMG 10/10

Firstly I think it's important people are realistic here. It's used vehicles that are a wee bit older. You take a chance.I took a chance and had a problem that turned into a bit of a long issue to fix. Not kismat fault, not mine, obviously an intermittent issue that the last owner didn't declare.Kismat was great through the whole thing and helpful and was on my side when the fixing garage (not kmg) were being problematic.I needed cheap wheels for work and high miles and I now have it. Having had brand new cars and ones that are older, I think people need to keep some perspective. You are getting a bargain, you aren't going to get the service level if you'd bought new. Saying that, kmg service was way beyond what i have had when I bought new that had issues.

I arrived, looked, everything was fine. I left a deposit of 250 pounds, agreed that they would deliver the car in two days. Two days passed and the car was not delivered, they said that they were changing the oil and for some reason the catalyst., although I was assured during the inspection that the car was in order, that I just need to change the oil. I waited another week and had to refuse, because in weeks you can disassemble and assemble the whole car in a new way. I asked for a deposit back, since the seller did not fulfill the agreement, but I never received the deposit. buy this tayota rav4, for the ukrainian military, i wanted to help my country, but apparently i didn’t get an honest seller. be careful

Very pleasant experience, everything handled well. Only thing I would advise is telling your buyers every little detail on the car including down to the last chip. Would definitely come back again. Thank you so much.

I want to give them 0 star . Don’t trust this shop . I bought a Mazda car from them one year ago . They cheated me with an engine broken Mazda car which caused me a lot pain ,anguish and money. I learned from my experience. They are very cunning and good in cheating . Be careful

I have bought from this company before and got a really lovely Renault Clio, that car hardly cost me anything in repairs.This is one of many reason I returned to buy another care from KMG-Kismat cars.The service you get is second to none, they keep you in the know.
