Brought a car June 2021, after a few weeks got a problem with the car.. clunking on left side. Took it back 3-4 times for repair they said they repaired different things, still didn’t eliminate the problem,. Also told them about squeaky brakes, they said it’s because there new brakes. Contacted my finance company who told me to take my car I another garage to find the problem. Ended up needing new breaks, suspension arm and upper strut mounts. When my finance company contacted motorland they lied to them and said my car has never been back in for repair.. when it most definitely has 3-4 times. Not trustworthy what so ever and I’ll never be purchasing a car from them again. It’s 1 thing not fixing the problems.. it’s another thing lying to my finance company! Also sold me a car without a mirror, after 16 weeks of chasing them they said they ordered one from Nissan to then find out they ordered a cheap one from china that’s why it took so long (anything to save money) that’s just a tip of the iceberg of the lies and problems Iv had with them! If they want to reply and deny all this I will upload all the evidence!
