My son visited there today for a review of his wheelchair. Taking into account he is severely disabled and life can be very.stressful at the best of times. For the person dealing with the repairs and requests, she stated that lat supports were put on the chair as she actually did it herself however I actually declined them as before they bruised his body but today I asked his support workers to mention it as he is leaning to one side. My son's coordination is very limited so he tends to drop his cup alot which has caused milk stains on the cushion and wheelchair. I don't appreciate little criticisms by someone who doesn't live my life. This is his only seat he owns so is used for eating , drinking and going out in. So comments about safeguarding my son didn't go unnoticed. What a horrid human being to make judgement of someone whoneeds support not criticisms. Shame on you!!

Nice staff but nothing ever gets done as far as repairs and such like,my grandson had a major operation and being a full-time wheelchair user and unable to walk or even stand, my daughter was told to ask for some handles to be put on my grandsons chair as he wasn't able to push himself for many weeks so in effect he would be housebound. Unfortunately yet again no appointment was offered until many months later when he'd already recovered so my daughter couldn't take him out during this time. When the handles eventually were offered they were not the correct type that were required ie fold down ones that could be tucked away when not needed, instead they were permanent ones which were enormous and no good for Alex at all. Nothing much changed here from the start of this particular company taking over these services Unfortunately.

Awful service!Have a problem with my powered wheelchair I've had for years!New one is waiting but can't pick it up as my appointment for handover is ages away.Manual back up chair is difficult to use as my condition effects arm muscles. And engineers don't seem to fix the problem but make you wait in all day for them. Was told safe to use but nearly got killed by the malfunction. Had enough!

Normally I have received excellent service from them; however, it has not been the case. On both Google and their website, they say they are open until 5- Clearly this does not include the phone lines. I have tried to phone every day for the past week around (4:25pm- as this is the only time that I am able to call), either there is no answer, or the call cuts out after selecting the option that I need.If it is a case that the phones are being turned off at 4:30pm- please indicate this onto the website.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful, very dedicated to their jobs. Took a long time to get my power wheelchair but well worth the wait. I did do a review before but it disappeared! I passed my indoor and outdoor driving test to use my chair and made my own L plates for a laugh. Samantha Lawrence.

Yep still waiting for this company who yet again have changed their name with another provider to solve the battery failure on the new wheelchair (july 2022) and broken parts and replacement hand control .. that temporary golf ball doesn't do the job really... since February 2023! Nice newsletter telling us Ross Care have taken over but other than that zero communication! Awful service and despite 'an engineer' pitching up and faults reported the shrug shoulders it'll have to come in... still waiting.. and waiting.. meanwhile no power left stranded in my own garden and an extension lead with the charger just to get back in my own home! Totally unreliable wheelchair and even worse company... They dont really 'care' they care about the money they have the contract until the next one quotes a bit cheaper and they lose the contract and so it goes on and on...meanwhile we the service users are left with broken, faulty not annually serviced equipment essential to live day to day.

The worst service I've ever experienced,I've waited in for days and no engineer shows up,dispite the fact I have confirmed the appointment over and over,I've been waiting for so long because my drive tyers are bald, very dangerous in the ice!I've been waiting more than a year.everytime they say your parts are on order,I wait patiently and call them to see where they are and I'm told the parts are not even on order!from top to bottom this service need a complete overhaul.engineers need training, staff need training to be polite and caring, this is ment to be a health service to care for people and aid them to be independent, they have done nothing but hinder my independence!if I hadthe money I would not waste my time with them.

Very poor service left me without a chair when they found this issue with the chair may be next time you will listen to when I say the battery box is to low down what would have happened if a car hit me and I was stuck in middle of road and could not move. So gone and brought a private chair would not recommend.
